Bedroom
- Each apartment has a kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), bathroom and a verandah. They are all equipped with hot and cold water, 110 v and 220v electricity.
- Each bedroom has in a full (or double) size bed and built in clothes cupboards.
- Linens are provided only for guests staying on a nightly or weekly basis
Kitchen
The kitchen consists of a frost free refrigerator, an electric stove with oven, cups, plates and cutlery. All apartments are equipped with microwaves. There is also a low counter with chairs dividing the kitchen from the living room. This counter area is suitable for dining or studying. Cooking utensils are provided only for guests staying on a nightly or weekly basis.
Living Room
The living room has a remote controlled television with approximately 40 channels and a living room chair set. Each apartment also has telephone and Internet facilities connected.
Security Features
- Burglar grills are appropriately positioned on windows and doors.
- Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are installed.
- The complex is fully lighted with security lights around the entire complex.
- Security cameras positioned on complex. Fully operational stand-by generator installed.
Other Features
- The bathroom consists of a full size bath with shower, toilet and washbasin.
- Washing machine facilities are provided along with a coin operated clothes dryer.
- All apartments are clean; utilities connected and ready for occupancy on your arrival
Scenic View
Every verandah enjoys a spectacular view. The sea view to the South overlooks the Caribbean sea, the Basseterre cruise port, the sister Island of Nevis and other areas of Basseterre. The mountain view to the North takes in a section of the Central mountain chain that runs through most of the interior of St. Kitts along with picturesque rain forest.
